Awful time at this place. Overcharge beyond belief, look for a more serious problem than what it is (i'e wanted to charge hundreds for a simple underhood fix. No explanation of pricing up front until after the fact, horrible customer service (had to make multiple trips back and fourth). Waste of time and gas!

I have used custom auto care for about 10 years the guys have always taking excellent care of my vehicles. I have highly recommended these guys to my friends and family.

These guys will get you in quick with the kindest service. I was always afraid to be taken advantage of by mechanics but I know i can really trust these guys. They always fully explain to me what is wrong and let it be my choice to get the job done. Never over-charged and my bill is always exactly what they say it is. Love these guys. Would highly recommend them.

If I could give these guys ZERO stars, I would definitely do so. Super pleasant, smile a lot, will get your car in for service very quickly, BUT they will overcharge you by literally hundreds of dollars and you will end up having to get any serious engine work REDONE by a garage that actually has the skill and conscientiousness to do sophisticated repair work. I highly recommend that you avoid these characters. A HUGE disappointment, would never ever take my vehicle to these guys again.

WONDERFUL ATTITUDE, MECHANICS & PERFORMANCE !!!!!Company advertisements and motto reflect their personal level of performance. Quality workmanship among mechanics AND their parts suppliers! Have used Custom Auto as mechanics for both foreign and domestic over past 10+ years !!! Never a problem.
