Please, Please, Please.... Whatever you do, do not retain this Lawyer. The only thing worse then having Ms. Montgomery as an Attorney is having to deal with her Paralegal, Jesse. This team is unresponsive to phone calls, do not keep you informed, and I wouldn't trust them to feed my dogs.



If it wasn't for the statement I typed up or the pictures taken (which was done without their advice), I would have had a horrible outcome. I say run the other way if you have the unfortunate circumstance of having them represent you.

Ms. Montgomery is very knowledgeable and personable. Her attention to detail is impeccable all the while making you feel comforted and cared for. I could not imagine going through my personal issues without her representing me. I would recommend her and her associates to anyone.
