My friend and I went for our birthdays. The service was fine. The spa is nice and clean. Our nails looked great! Our feet were very happy!! They were busy and everyone seemed to be enjoying their pedicures. The techs didnt speak to us, language barrier, but overall we would go back. It didnt have the smell of a typical nail salon, which was a plus for me.

I will not come here again. The owner was so rude and yelling on her phone in front of myself and other customers. No consideration for others trying to relax after a long day. The lady even looked my way while she was screaming on her phone! I guess she didn't see the annoyed look we were all giving her or she just didn't care.

Im amazed at how rude the owner is! I do not know how she is still in business. If Mimi wasnt there I WOULD NEVER go back! I would follow her anywhere. She is the BEST! 5 stars for Mimi

Its only gets 5 stars because of Mimi and andrian....other wise I wouldn't come....they have great customer service...Mimi designs are AWESOME! And she takes her time!....love,love,love them!

Lee you dont have to worry about other people negative responses. My family and I have been coming to your salon for services for over a year. I am very happy with the salon and the person that you are. You are very sweet and generous with your customers. The salon is very clean and neat. your employees are also good at what they do. I am very satisfied

i am Le the owner of luxury nails. i have read the comments below, i appreciate the several customers that support my business. i will continue to do my best as said with the positive reviews below . in the month of april/may an anonymous person has been writing negative reviews but i know this can never a customer. i know several people that want my business to go down to boost theirs. i know who is responsible for this matter but i will let my lawyer handle the situation.

I wish I saw the reviews before I went into this place. I can't believe I just had the worst service ever. I choose to recieve the deluxe package and left feeling like I got ripped off. I also found out that they reuse the parffin wax. (Sick to my stomach) I hope I dont get fungus from this pedicure. The owner was very rude to myself and her employees. I came here to relax after work and instead I left this place with a migrain. All I can say is that I feel so bad for these poor employees who have to work with her and the customers who come in before reading this review. Customers BEWARE!

This is a very clean and nice place ! I go there all the time to get my nails and my toes done . I really like Mimi , she's very sweet and kind , always takes time and does the best job . I came back recently and felt upset to know that she doesn't work there anymore :( The new nail tech took care for me this time , but it wasn't as good and professional as how Mimi did .... I was disappointed . I wish Mimi could come back here ...

Highly recommend!! Exceptional service!! Extremely clean! Best manicure and pedicure I've ever had! My mother, sister & I go together at least once a month. The Manager, Lee, is very friendly and accommodating, as is her staff. Prices are very reasonable. The establishment is amazing, very beautiful. Michelle O
