Maintenance takes too long to fix things. Maintenance does not leave a note when they come by so there's is no record of it, and if your stuff gets stolen, there will be no record as to whether they came by or not. Office Manager is rude and mean. They have favorite tenants, such as old people who have been living there for years, and cater to them. Best thing about this place is its central location in Williamsburg, 10 min from outlets, couple min. from wm and colonial williamsburg, etc.
