First time customer went in with an appointment was under the impression of one price for the service and when i checked out i was shocked that it was 35% more than what i was expecting. I was never informed by the stylist of the charges and when i tried to get the 10% off for being a first time customer i was told she didnt know how to discount it. The stylist did a wonderful job I just dont know if I'll be a repeat customer with how much they charge.
