The facility is great - neat and clean They also offer a FREE truck for moving. In addition to that, their customer service is second to none. This is the best part about the company and the main reason for my review. They care about YOU, not just how much you are spending. They really look after their customers, as individual people. Every single person I dealt with there was friendly and personable. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed with your decision.
No complaints here. This jack rabbit location is very clean, organized and well maintained. Kudos to the people in charge.
Staff was great, very friendly. Very clean facility but I would like to see longer hours - extend hours for exiting at least. Just a suggestion...but very happy otherwise.

Couple of managers working at this jack rabbit were very friendly and helped us out a ton. They gave us a few good packing and storing tips, plus good information on insurance. We were pretty happy with the whole experience. Rate was competitive with other storage places.
I will always appreciate and or consider a lower rate. A less expensive alternative competitor is only a couple of miles away but they do offer "less". Their facility does not look well maintained at all...so I didn't mind paying a little more for jack rabbit. So, I do agree that this jack rabbit location is one of the best and most well run storage facilities.
Reasonable storage rates, free moving truck, professional and very clean space. all good reasons to use these people if you need storage.
The representative working here knew her stuff. She gave me many tips on how to store my leather couch and other furniture. Rates were not bad at all for the larger unit that I needed and it was easy to pull up and drop off. Quality service and competitive rates. Recommended.

This is my third round storing with jack rabbit storage. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. Price is a locked for one year. The paper work is quick and easy..no time at all. They are one of the best companies that I have dealt with. Thank you.
Fantastic service. Customer service here is some of the friendliest folks in the storage business. They answered all of my questions, took my on a tour of the place, offered a moving truck to use...it was outstanding. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them a bunch in the future.

I picked jack rabbit after checking out two other places. One place offered "climate control spaces" but I really don't need it (plus it's a little more). The rate at jack rabbit seemed to be decent for the size unit and I can access my space almost any time of the day. Thanks and I'll recommend.
