General Info
Computer Concepts was founded in 2003 offering custom built computers to home users. Very quickly it became clear that people wanted more than just a new computer. Our customers were asking for help with problems and wanted someone to teach them how to use the rapidly changing technology that existed at their fingertips. With 15 years of experience and three store locations later in Williamsburg, Yorktown and Chesapeake, Computer Concepts now offers more than just custom-built computers. Our stores are fully outfitted with state-of-the-art repair facilities capable of supporting the highest level of repairs on laptops and desktop PCs as well as all things Apple. But we donâ??t stop there, we also have the tools to fix many gaming consoles.

Left my computer there for over a week and they gave it back saying they "couldn't find the problem," and when I got home the problem was worse than before, the casing was scratched and there was sticky goo or grime on the bottom of the laptop. When I called to ask what I could do about the problem, they were rude and impolite on the phone. I then took my laptop to an Apple store over an away from where I live - and they diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, repaired it within 1 day, and shipped the computer back to me overnight. I will never go back to Computer Concepts, and I do not recommend it.

They helped me setup wireless at my home. They were fast, polite and their services were reasonably priced. I would adopt Emrys, the technician who came, if I could.

It is hard to rate since every time I go in with a computer problem I have a different experience. Sometimes they are great and sometimes not. They are better than the other computer repair place in Williamsburg.
Don't know too much about computers or internet. These guys are great!!!
