This restaurant is the rudest. My husband who has a limited diet, is often Rude in making pizza for him. After paying full price will often refuse to specialize a pizza leaving him to only eat from the limited salad bar. The last time we went they told us the specialized pizzas were now personal pizzas that served six square slices. We were told they would only cook one per party. Then refused to put full pizza on the resulting in our kids having to wait longer for pizza to cook. The next time I want to go to pizza I am choosing another company.

This place has went Downhill bad!!No one here is friendly at all! 10-15 tables are dirty with no one cleaning them.. Not your typically friendly environment . I would not recommend going there. The casher was rude with no smiles and the girl stocking the counter was slamming plates down like she didn't want to be here. No one asked if I wanted a special pizza and I stood there for 10 minutes. The place looked so messy

It is the cleanest Cici's I have ever seen. I have been there 15-20 times since they opened. It is a little bit smaller than the other ones but, it is enough for Williamsburg I guess. The employees are always nice and smiling.

I was excited when I saw that CiCi's was opening in Williamsburg, I visited with friend from Europe anout 3 days after it opened, what a let down, the place is smaller than other CiCi's that I have been in, as a result of this some of the pizzas were left to stand for up to half an hour, and there was not a constant supply of fresh stuff coming out of the oven. The floor was covered in food, as it did not seem as if this was in any employees job description, Never mind all new restaurants have teething problems, I thought. I have since been back two more times, and guess what not a lot has changed, the choice of pizza is limited, and they seem reluctant to throw away old pizza, the fresh salad is often empty, and once again on both occasions the floor looks like the aftermath of a food fight. Someone needs to get a grip of this, as unless it is sorted out asap, there might not be a CiCi's in Williamsburg much longer, which would be a shame.
