Such amazing quality! The smoke on the pork hands down the best we have ever had! The beef is always melt in your mouth outstanding! My in laws were back from California for 2 weeks & the best meal they had in Iowa was the one I made at home with our beef from Cooks!

Do not trust this locker.Had a side of beef processed.700lbs gross,353lbs to process.Of the 353lbs recived 191lbs.That is a little over 45% shrinkage.35% or less is normal.Difference...45% is 195lbs net,35% is 230lbs net.Where is the other 35lbs?Not one sirloin steak or new york strip.
