Located in historic downtown Williams, at 106 N. 4th Street. We have several different workout areas. One contains all of our cardio equipment with a large 46" flat panel tv. One is our selectorized weight machines, free weights and bench area with a rubberized floor. For guests seeking pure relaxation, we have our popular Infrared Sauna Suite as well as a Tanning Bed Suite. Our popular Virtual Spinning Room is a hit for those wanting to do a virtual bike ride or virtual spinning class.
