They are the worst dealer i ever visited.I went to buy a new car and the priced was fixed and got the confirmation Email from there internet manager after i went there the internet manager didn't even came to me and talk about the vehicle and some other guy came in and changed the price. I was totally disappointed with there behavior and they way they treat the customer. Guys please beware while approaching this dealer they are not professionals

Provided by YP.comDon't go to Wilkes Nissan! I wanted to let other people know how much hassle I have gone through because of Wilkes Nissan. They switched the vin number on my car with a different car. Upon realizing this, they sent me new paperwork to fill out. I thought this was the end of it, but 6 months later I found out that they never corrected their mistakes. My car hasn't been registered to my name, or the vin number and my license plate is registered to a different person. This made it look like I had a stolen car when a police officer informed me of all of this. I have so far been to the DMV twice and nothing has happened. I have called Wilkes Nissan several times and the last time I was at the DMV it still wasn't worked out and the DMV says they haven't received the updated paperwork. This is an ongoing problem and I am going to have to go back to the DMV and try to work it out again. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon, but I want other people to know that this place doesn't value their customers.
