Had this company come to our new house to clean two rugs. By the time I got there the two man crew was almost done. Well one of the crew was working while the other was asleep in the van. Anyway, after they finished and the rugs were dry we used our old Bissel cleaner on them. Water was as dirty as could be. Called to complain. After two days and two calls the manager tells us that there was a problem with the machine and it was putting the dirty water back into the carpet and they would give us a full refund. That's fine but if I didn't call to complain in the first place we would have been out the money. They knew about the faulty machine and had no intention of informing us. Only reason I gave one star is because I can't submit with zero stars.

That are the best manny made my carpet look grate. He took his time and did a grate job. Ask for manny.
