Slow service and every repair is one to one and half hours long. The staff is not friendly. I will never do business at this location again.
I took my car there yesterday to have a headlight replaced. After waiting for about 10 minutes, Walt called me over and said that the problem appeared to be electrical, not the bulb, and that for $114 an hour that they could try to find the problem for me. When I said that I'd just it take it to the dealer, Walt tried to recommend a local shop to me, "a buddy of mine who does great work." I took the car to the dealer and, lo and behold, it was just the bulb. I will never step foot in another Pep Boys given the shady business practices their employees engage in.
We were driving home on a Saturday evening and had a tire blow out. Walt and the staff had a new tire on and we back on the road very quickly.
Great customer service, Walt was excellent. The team at this location got me in an out with a new battery and wipers, quickly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Rates were pretty comparable to everywhere else.
