The girls in the store were very nice and patients. However , the man who gave me the final product was beyond rude. I was buying a sweatshirt for my 19 month old son. The print cane out totally uneven. He said it’s because it’s on the seams and once it cools down from the heat once it cools down, it won’t be uneven anymore. Three days later it’s still uneven. Look at the picture to see how uneven the palm tree is and the line in the dolphin. Complete liar. I want a full refund immediately. This is garbage work. Also. the phone on the receipt is fake. Try calling it and see that I’m not lying.

I feel taken advantage of in this store. I was in a hurry to leave before our meter ran out but my kids really wanted shirts. The sales boys were really nice and proceeded to tell my kids they could have "whatever they wanted." I asked how much and they said "it's not much." At one point he said $15 and I was thinking they would be $15. And when my son couldn't find what he wanted, before I knew it they were designing a custom shirt for him on the computer and showing him on the screen. My head was spinning and my kid liked it (but I hated it—bad design with too much space between each line of text.). Later I realized they charge xtra if the decal goes onto the pocket of the hoodie—large decal. Onto the pocket looked weird but i didn't notice because we were in a hurry. —I didn't want a parking ticket.

$40 each hoodie, $10 each decal (one was free), and $20 for the ugly custom. Sorry. It just is.

So, about $100 for two hoodies. I am sick that I spent this. My kids are happy. Me? I'm a sucker.

Decals are so over priced, and they are not honest/clear about prices. You can find a much better deal somewhere else.

After my Niece and Nephew wanted matching shirts we were left to wait for a half an hour in a room with broken A/C and extremely loud music. We were ready to leave them convinced the "custom" shirts were almost ready. Finally, get the bill to sign and they tried to charge me 100 dollars. I told him no! He gave me a rebate of 40 dollars which I'm still waiting for. After walking down the boardwalk further we found those so-called "custom" shirts all over the place. Also, one of the shirts had part of an old design on it. Never again!!!! Worst experience ever!
