Formed by Robert Farner and Steve Barleyin 1987, Farner, Barley & Associates provides a range of engineering, land surveying and land planning services to land developers and public agencies. The company has been operating for more than 15 years in the fields of civil engineering and land surveying. Additionally, FBA maintains a working knowledge of state, regional and local permitting procedures and regulations. Farner Barley and Associates is a part of The Villages of Lake-Sumter design team since 1990. The Villages, a self contained retirement community of approximately 25,000 acres, is located in Central Florida spanning across portions of Lake, Marion and Sumter Counties.
