i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseOk so I blew a belt on my motor home just when I got to this exit. I pulled off as I was starting to overheat. Got into a truck stop and got online to find a belt and someone to put it on. To my surprise this place was just a few hundred yards away. They did not have a belt for me so I started looking around. 75 Truck Service center told me they would put the belt on at the "shop Rate" of $95.00 per hour. OK, I found a belt and got it the next day. Went over to the shop and they started working on it. They got it done in about 45 minutes using 1 to 5 guys who kind of jumped in and out of trying to get it on. They had an alignment rack there so I asked if I would fit on it and they said yes and told me $100 per axle top align. Good price right? So I go in to the pay the bill expecting $95.00 for the belt & $100.00 for alignment. Here when things change of course. Now they want $$190 for the belt replacement stating he put 2 guys on it. Not really true, The boss who looked about 24 just was not happy in my opinion with the revenue at this point and decided he wanted an extra $100.00. I explained they told me "shop rate" and did not give me an option of how many guys to put on it, but regardless "shop rate" right. That did not work. So I paid them the overage and left. Got going down the road and my motor was going straight, but the steering wheel is not straight. That's not right. I pulled into a rest area and started looking at my receipt was states they will not adjust the steering wheel. Now, I am not a mechanic, but when I was out of high school I went and graduated from diesel mechanic school and I remember the instructor telling us that a proper alignment would leave the steering wheel aligned as well and an improper job would leave it turned. My wheel is not far from correct but its not right. I was not going to post a review at that point. Now 3 weeks later my back is acting up as I have some back problems. I got to my medicine cabinet and find that a huge amount of prescriptions are missing. Nobody had been in my motor home before going to 75 Truck Service Center and nobody has been in it since. So its clear what happens there.
