Very happy with our beef processing at Stagecoach. They have a scale at the loading ramp, so we have an accurate live weight, rather than calculating it off of hanging weight. Packages are well wrapped in butcher paper, marked with the date and customer's name. We are opening beef that has been in the freezer for 18 months that has no sign of freezer burn or loss of quality.
