We can't thank Dr. Joann and staff enough for fitting us in on New Years Eve when on our way to Vegas our Balinese cat started sneezing uncontrollably. They staff was so kind and Dr. Joann so thorough and explained what she thought would be the best course of action for out cat and her allergy attack. I have had my personal vets not be able to fit our pets in and it speaks volumes for an office to care enough about animals when they are not their regular patients and a walk in too and to give them some loving care! We took our Italian Mastiff in to see this vet and she and the techs and front office staff were all very welcoming and Gate, our Mastiff, walked right in as if he were home. We will be taking all four of our dogs there from now on.

Dr Ruici and her staff were exceptional in every way. She was knowledgable, kind and tried to save us money where possible. Her charges were very reasonable when considering her experience, education, and skill level. I have had horses for 25 years and she is the best vet ever!!! Her staff are kind, compassionate and also knowledgable. I cannot say enough good things about the entire service!

A caring and very competent Doctor, a welcoming and a welcoming front desk make this hospital my first choice in our little town. Dr Ruisi saved the life of one of my dogs and has continued to provide excellent care for his health problems. She grants me my admittedly limited expertise in the care and management of dogs and I have learned much from her in the short time I've been a client. They take good care of both of us. Highly recommend this hospital to all. Both large and small animal care is offered here.

The front office is so helpful, courteous, and professional. They really seem to care about our pets. The Doctor was great too!

I am a vet tech and needed a vet close to home. I called around because it was time for my old cat to be euthanized. When I called Hassayampa vet in Wickenburg the lady on the other line was very nice and helpful. When I made the appointment and went in every one in the office was sympathetic and the doctor was excellent. I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Michelle
