I have used more than a few shops over the years and have found that all of them have negative aspects. I have yet to find one with Williams and Sons. If they can't fix it, they'll tell you they can't. Their prices are competitive and unlike other places, will try to find the least expensive route to your repair.

I would never use this shop again. They did nothing but cause more problems that had to be fixed. I not only paid them to do work but have had to pay someone else to do the same work. .

My family has used them for three generations after my late grandpa discovered them to be an honest and reasonable shop. They are not a big operation and there is no fancy waiting room or lot. However, while you don't get the frills, you don't pay for them either.

Refused to work on vehicle when visably leaking transmission fluid because they couldn't find the leak. The vehicle is under warrantee and should be fixed not just looked at. It is poor buisiness to have us go out of our way to bring the vehicle in every couple of days for them to check the transmission fluid. They should fix the problem not just give us the run around!
