  If you would like to hire a present or past Wichita Maid Service Corp or Clean Maid USA Corp® staff member(s) or Companies related to Clean Maid USA Corp® for any residential, office, and/or janitorial cleaning service(s) outside of your agreement with Clean Maid USA Corp® our referral fee is $3500.00. All employees of Clean Maid USA Corp® are under a non-compete contract for a period of one year. All of our staff have signed a Non-Compete agreement with Clean Maid USA Corp® They are prohibited from soliciting business from any client on his/her own behalf or on behalf of any third party during their contract with Clean Maid USA Corp® or for 2 years following termination of contract, without written approval from Clean Maid USA corp® and a possible placement fee of $2,500.00. You agree not to hire past or present staff of Clean Maid USA Corp® for a period of not less than 2 years from the date the staff member last worked for Clean Maid USA Corp® A great deal of time and resources are put into hiring our staff and training them. In the event you feel you must hire a staff member of Clean Maid USA Corp® in spite of this agreement, then a $3,500.00 placement fee is due immediately upon employment of the past/present staff member, regardless of whether the employment is regular or on a contract basis.
• Post Construction Clean Out
  Guarantee for (one-time Cleaning, Construction Cleaning, Move in move out, initial cleaning) The customer must be present at the end of the cleaning to ensure the quality of cleaning before the cleaners leave the property. This helps to avoid misunderstandings with the cleaning. If the cleaning was not completed as the instructions indicate from the client, the cleaners can clean it before leaving the cleaning project. If the customer is not present, and we have to return you could see additional charges.
