Vance Music began in 1952 when Chester S. Vance Jr. began offering lessons in Kansas City, Kansas. In 1972, Vance Music moved to Wichita. Since that time, Vance Music has been serving music students in the South Central Kansas area with students from a 100-mile radius. Vance Music now offers online lessons, enabling them to reach music students worldwide. With instructors who are innovative, always learning and are still active in the music field, Vance Music teachers offer lessons to all ages. The studio teaches all ages, all abilities, all styles of music and also integrates music history, theory and technology into their lessons to develop well-rounded students.
