My husband and I have been going there for years and its wonderful every time. Today is our anniversary and we are heading to The Anchor, I can't wait!!

A wide selection of beer, but they go through a lot of help. new employees every time I go.

My husband and I LOVE the Anchor. The tacos are "to die for"! The staff has been wonderful to us. They remember us and get our preferred beverages without asking. It feels very small town. Since it's now no smoking we take our teenagers. They also think the place is great. We always have to get the "fried pickles" when the kids come along. We prefer the home grown establishments and supporting locals.

What used to be a fun, hip place to hang as been ruined after a discouraging experience the other evening. Our large group was treated with disdain by our rude waitstaff. Neither I nor the rest of our party will be returning.

Eclectic clientel, fast service, and reasonably priced. Enjoyable atmosphere if wanting to escape the "club" scene, probably my favorite atmosphere bar in town
