A WORD OF CAUTION WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered portraits that were a larger size than what was sent home in the packet. The portraits were paid for by a check that I sent back to the school with the sizes indicated that I wished to order They were never sent to the school or my home. I waited over the summer in hopes that they were "on the way". When they never arrived, I phoned Lifetouch and inquired about the order and explained that the check was cashed and gave them the date. Of course there was no record. I was told to come in and we could go thru some thumb nails for however many hours that would take. Thanks, but no thanks. There was NO effort made to help locate the picture for the spring semester even with the school's name and date of the pic taken. It was easier to say "come in" rather than try to rectify a problem that was created by the mishandling made by the company. Needlesstosay, we won't be buying anymore pictures from such a disorganized company.
