Poor tattoo design, lousy atmosphere, terrible customer service, was quoted one price and by the end of the Tattoo the price doubled.

The owner really needs a reality check

I absolutely love this place. It's one of the only places in wichita I trust. I've never had any bad experiences here at all. I've gotten all of my piercings here and a couple of those piercings were body piercings.. I've never been sexually harassed in any type of way here either.. I always tell girls who wanna get embarrassing body pericings to go here because they DONT make it awkward... AT ALL! My fiancé got his tattoos here and so has his whole family! I Love the place and love the guys who work here! If anyone wants to see what their tattoos are really about go to their Facebook page it has some REALLY nice work! Keep it up guys:)

The staff are unprofessional, rude to the extreme, and have had instances of sexual harassment. The work is mediocre at best, and the products they offer/use in their piercings aren't proper for health and healing. I have seen no decency from those who are a part of this establishment and would never recommend anyone who wants a safe, positive, professional, respectful body modification experience to go here. (Also fraudulently claimed their piercer is APP certified- he definitely is not, as per APP's website and membership staff.)

Uses low quality jewelry and has some very subpar work showcased. The lack of respect they show towards previous clients and potential clients is vile.

Extremely unprofessional. Raul has sexually harassed many women in the shop and belittled and berated others for asking harmless questions he didn't like. He's malicious and abrasive for absolutely no reason and treats customers and potential clients incredibly harsh. Do not go to this shop.

Will not answer questions in a professional manner and instead chooses to belittle anyone who has questions. Do not go here.

Terrible customer service with a childish owner "Raul" who refuses to admit to lies nor answer questions calmly. Resorts to insults when asked logical questions about the safety of the shop. It's not worth the infection you'll likely get here. UNSAFE.
