These guys ARE HORRIBLE! Customer service is poor! Yes are they are helpful when you are in there shopping (1 star for that). After that their customer service just goes down the drain. There are multiple employees working, yet there is a line when you go and pay your bill. I will put up with it due to the fact that I am currently renting from them and having been paying for awhile. I will definitely not recommend them. I do not want to put my family and friends through what I have gone through.

These people have been extremely helpful and have done everything in their power to help me out. It took them awhile to get me a new power cord for my laptop- however, they apologized and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I would never rent/lease from anywhere else.

I had rented a 42 inch television and the remote stopped working. I asked for a new one and it took them a month and a half to order it for me. When my t.v. stopped working it was in service for a month and a half and they still wanted me to pay on it. I was treated poorly during this whole experience.

Great Products. The manager is very rude and she never makes time for the customer who pays her salary. I will do business with Aarons again but not this location
