They don't even deserve one star!!Crappy sales person, horrible financing staff, anf even worse overpriced cars! They will lie, cheat, and steal to make a sale.. If you have a trade in DO NOT GIVE THEM THE KEYS... if you want to leave it takes an act of God to get them back! Financing department was super great at first and when I came back with questions was extremely rude. All they care about is selling a vehicle and getting a good survey from the suckers who fall into their trap! I recommend going to Mel Hamilton on the west side or going to the eddie's Toyota across the highway where they don't pressure you and actually treat you in a respectful manner even after your purchase! I am a disabled Veteran and this is how they do someone that fought for their rights to basically become crooked! !

sales was good -- only thing is.. now its been a while since bought the durango.. thier warrentys are pretty usless.. exspecially the " free tires" in thier contract. What a joke.. First,, it nees to pass the service center -- which they take no apts.. you go and wait ,, for ever. every time Ive had to go its been a joke. they find a issue with everything and always cost higher than anywhere else, and wasted day. The so called " free tires" are not free,, it still would cost aprox 200.00 ( which is not free by any means). But they find reasons you dont qualify for them. Its a JOKE and a waste. Fair warning -- you will get screwed...
