I had an accident two years ago and started working with a different firm for my personal injury claim. Because I did not meet the threshold of $2000 in medical expenses, the lawyer dropped my case and encouraged me to deal directly with the insurance company. I contacted the insurance company and was offered a settlement which in my opinion was not a generous offer. I sought a second opinion from Patterson Legal Group in Wichita.
Mr. Patterson Tyler was the most courteous and knowledgeable lawyer I've came in contact with in a long time. Although he stated I had a chance of winning if he took my case to trial, he still declined to do so and felt it was better that he personally negotiate with the adjuster to give a greater settlement offer, because he wanted to ensure I did not receive less than what was offered after lawyers fee are paid upon winning the case. He managed to negotiate on my behalf although he was not representing me, and raise my settlement offer to an extra $1000. I was flattered by his devotion to my case and his interpersonal skills . I would go back to and recommend Patterson Legal Group to anyone in need of a devoted advocate who put people first and not worry so much about how much they can earn.
