General Info

Luke O Nichols, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician who joined Ascension Medical Group Via Christi in 2001. He chose a career in medicine because he says he is a big kid at heart and enjoys working with children. To him, the most rewarding thing about being a doctor is watching patients grow and develop into young adults. Dr. Nichols is a native Kansan who enjoys anything farming, animals, yard work and outdoor activities. One of his bucket list items is to walk around Disney World in the Mickey Mouse costume. Outside of work, Dr. Nichols volunteers with 4-H as a leader and activist, his church and the local food bank.
