NEVER USE THIS AGENCY!!!!!! We were first time home buyers and new to the real estate circle. Our experience was with Bob Allen of Kansas Reo as the selling agent. My wife and I had done a lot of research on how to buy and bid for homes. We send out an offer, through him to Fannie Mae, for below listing price. Our Realtor assured us it was a great starting point and we could always come up in price. We thought the same thing. Mr. Allen replied to our offer with "GET REAL! There is no way this house would sell for that price." We were shocked as well as our Realtor. What kind of listing agent says that? I can think of many more professional ways to state the information. To say the least, it made our first home offer experience a memorable one. I would strongly urge anyone who is going to deal with this company and more specifically Bob Allen to take your business elsewhere. Anyone who represents themselves and their company in such a way is clearly not concerned with how people perceive them and their reputation.
