i am taking gentamicinr/dexamethasonr/traconozle nasal irrig 160/120/200 mg liter solution. I would like to no what the side effects are because i am quite miserable. .I feel pneumonia symptoms fleeting fevers and ice cold other times..do i need more antibiotics? please answere.Vicki L.Brown ......
