very good service they know their products and help you long after the sale.

I have been to all the Hobby stores in Wichita and this is by far the best selection and best service in town. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Apparently some people have honestly never been inside the HobbyTown that I shop at. The service is phenomenal with at least a couple of guys being very knowledgeable in the subject of radio control cars and airplanes. The owner can be a bit overbearing if you don't know how to take a joke.

Hobby Towns Price are some what cheaper than average and as a hobbiest they have a good selection and are knowledgible about what they are selling.

VERY POOR SERVICE! They think because they are big they can treat you like nothing. I grew up around R/C my dad owned a Hobby Shop. They need to step up. last time i went in there I had to ask for help and they didn't even know what to do. The time before that I waited around for a good 20 min. before anyone would help me. I even spent around $1000 that day. I wont be back.There are other stores in town and/or the Internet. Very bad business

The owner has no respect for female customers, don't stand behind the service he provides, and laughs at you while you are complaining about the service you receive.

After 10 years out of the RC Airplane Hobby & my son decided he wanted to fly, They helped me out, knew what Ineeded and there prices were GREAT. I will be back.
