Gerald spoke to my ex-wife AND her attorney privately WITHOUT my consent during our divorce. I have all of the info I need to prove this. Gerald has no problem breaking the law, and has ABSOLUTELY no integrity. Which is a part of his duty as an officer of the court. Stay away from this man, or at least until the K.B.A. and D.A. reaches him. Which won't be long...

He is the worst attorney ever i would not recommend him. He don't return calls he's short with you he delays things and then charges you for extra time and was more for the other persob than his own clints wants/needs,he don't listen and not fast at doing ur case and little to no communication. Doesn't turn ur paper work in on time as well. Sad thing my case was handed to him easily and still couldn't get it together properly. DISAPPOINTED in everything he did and how he handled things. Didn't return my extra money.

This is the worst attorney I have ever had. He is charging me yet another $700-$845 and we haven't went to court and he hasn't done anything with the child custody he never answers the phone or anything he refuses to call me back and his assistant is very rude.

He promised me a lot and a speedy divorce, but here it's been 18 months, my ex is over $700 behind on child support and $700 on spousal support. In the last year I have had 4 phone conversations with him all of which were short and I received no new information. Currently I have been trying to get a hold of him for a month calling several times a week, but leaving only one message a week. I still have not received a call back or anything in the mail letting me know what's going on or how much I owe. I'm frustrated because I'm a single mom and just want to move on with my life and feel like the lawyer I have doesn't care that my ex is repeatedly in contempt of the court.
