This place is such a joke! Awful customer service. I wrote a review and got this response from the owner...



"So did this rant make you feel better? The fact that you are a grown man and couldn't explain how to get a haircut may have been the problem it's communication in the barber world between the client and the barber. And the two of you couldn't find that place to come together. Flipping a lid at me on your way out of the shop wasn't going to help you as well. Yes I'm the owner and sorry it didn't work out for you at DeVilles but hundreds of people in the area will never agree with you. Good Day!"



What kind of business owner treats customers like this in there shop and then replies to their complaint with a message like this?

HORRIBLE!!! The worst place ever! I've been to many barber shops and salons and have never been so mad a place. So Rude!! I went in for a haircut and shave and my gf picked out a hairstyle and saved a pic. I discussed possible new styles for no more than 5 minutes and the barber says "I don't like to spend all day on one guy." I said ok then jus go with the pic I showed you but could you not buzz the sides so short? He said "so you want it to look like the pic but not look like the pic?" He lowered the chair and said maybe he'll (other barber) will cut your hair.



There are three barbers & only one of them was cutting hair. Nobody was waiting after me. I told him he has the worst customer service ever and complained to the other barber on my way out thinking he might be the owner. He sat in his barber chair browsing his phone while I talked no caring. Then he said maybe I should've thought about how I wanted my hair cut before I came in there. This place sucks! Go elsewhere!
