At Clifton Family Medicine, our goal is to provide our patients with the best medical care and personal service possible. Our focus is on promoting personal and family health through caring, education, and disease prevention.
• Emergency Care
  Urgent care services outside of regular office hours are provided by our on-call care team. Medication refills will not be done after hours
