This review is for softballsavings.com online service. Savings, yes -- Customer Service, not so much. Although the website showed the catchers mitt my daughter wanted was "in stock" when we ordered it, when later checked for shipment progress, I discovered that the mitt was back ordered. No one there took the time to contact me about the situation. When I contacted them, on two occasions, the less than interested Customer Service reps informed me that they had no idea when the item would be shipped. At one point I was promised an update by the guy who knew what was going on. Of course I never heard anything. They really seemed not to care and clearly could do nothing to help. I canceled the order and purchased the mitt (for less) somewhere else. Avoid unless you like delays and frustration.

watch out for shipping policies and prices !! placed order on Friday, paid for 2nd day air, and did not receive until late on Wednesday. We understand that Saturday and Sunday aren't business days, however, when you pay an extra 16.69- we would have expected it on Tuesday at the latest.
