terrible service! I called to make appointment and took the first available which was not for 2 weeks. me, my husband, and my parents made arrangements at work for the big day. the day before i got a call telling me they weren't even open on the day of my scheduled appointment, they were willing to reschedule but since i would be past 30 weeks at that point they could not gaurantee it would work. As an added bonus the receptionist was very unappolgetic.... dissappointing!

Awful experience! My wife and I came to Wichita from Arizona so that my inlaws could see the 3d/4d ultrasound of their first grandchild. We scheduled the appointment weeks in advance, and on the day of the appointment we showed up early and found only a locked door. We waited and waited, and they never showed up. We called their number and were connected with their answering service. The answering service paged them for an hour to no avail. Finally, with my wife in tears and my inlaws disappointed, we left emptyhanded to make the two hour drive back to the inlaws' house. Wasted an expensive plane ticket over these idiots. Cannot recommend them; do not walk- RUN away from these clowns.
