And of course it happens when you're in a hurry! Its important to call a locksmith company you can count on. With AUTO LOCKOUT EXPRESS, you know that help is only a phone call away. Live dispatch takes your information and location, and within minutes the locksmith is on the way. Our vehicles are clearly marked with our company information for quick identification. Our ETAs (estimated time of arrival) are 30 minutes or less. We are in constant contact with our locksmiths, if the ETA changes, we notify customers immediately. We never leave you wondering if someone will show up. Our rates are quoted in flat rate pricing. So not only will you know the name of the locksmith who will be assisting you, the vehicle they are driving - you'll know exactly what you'll be paying for the service. There are no stacked charges or hidden fees. You'll receive a receipt with our company information, the service performed, and the flat rate charge for the service. Most insurance companies reimburse car unlocks, if you have full coverage insurance. There is no claim to file or deductible to meet, just submit the receipt to your insurance company.
