Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Toxic, hateful owner of a shop with outdated inventory. Any positive reviews are obviously from owner's friends or family because she is nothing short of a monster and her business is a joke. She humiliated me in her shop, as well as so many other customers who will never return and will be certain to tell everyone they know of their experience. This woman needs prayers-she has obviously had a painful life.

My wife of thirty years died from liver cancer. I cried morning, noon and night for over a year. After some composure I began to clean out her closet and deal with her clothing. I gave some things to charity but thought the new clothing might, should be worth something financially. I was told by another consignment firm, that was overstocked, I was correct and to take the items to Another Lady's Treasure. I did that and was astonished when before I could even speak the clerk barked " we don't accept clothing from men. I replied to her with my situation and said i would provide documentation she said it doesn't matter. I exited the store and once again had tears in my eyes.

By far the best consignment store i have shopped at. Yes, there is a strict policy sheet, but i know this assures me that when i purchase items, they will be of quality value. I have had to go pick up my items and search for them as well. But i was completely aware of that rule when signing up. The owner was very helpful in all aspects and i have a great time shopping here.

we remember this lady---she has an order of trespass against her from going into this shop---we witnessed her tirade when asked to remove her things from the shop and the police were called to remove her--- she actually stated all her items were accounted for in front of 5 of us in the shop that day---and the owner was as gracious as anyone could ever be under those circumstances---if she didn't like the way the shop was run she shouldn't have left her items there---every shop is different and this one does offer us consignors more options/commissions---we love this shop!

All I can say is I agree with some of the other reviewers from other websites..The owner of this shop should not be running a shop! She was very "kurt" and does not have an ounce of "tact or professionalism" in her body! When asked if I could consign--I was abruptly handed a "POLICY SHEET" of her rules. Even though she offers (as she states) the best consignor commision in town---look at how many times she has 25% off!!! So in all, you make a lot less than other shops because every week she is putting something of yours on sale. Oh, and when it is time to pick up your belongings (if you wish) she refuses to help in doing so. She justs stands or more often "sits" on her throne and watches with dagger eyes! If something is missing-TOO BAD. She doesn't even care. She just repeats over & over how "she" is not responsible. I have never had anything "missing" from any other shop I have consigned at, but her shop I have had over 1/2 doz pcs. mysteriously gone? She's a class act!
