      I would never recommend Jerrod Crawford or American Family. They are a pathetically ran insurance company that I have ever done business with. At first they were all nice and was all about saving us money with decent coverage. After about a year our monthly bill started going higher and higher. We bought a home and it was like pulling teeth to get him to do the paper work for closing. He has already been through 3 assistances in the last 3 years so every time you go in there, they act like they don't know who you are. You are just another number to them. I thought that if you didn't pay your monthly bill then you didn't have coverage so I never called to cancel while I was shopping around for better insurance. We went back to our old insurance company because after the house deal I never felt comfortable with him being our agent. He is a pretty shading guy. After we cancelled our home and car insurance he sends us to collections on our last month payment. I have never heard of an insurance company doing this. Be Aware of who you trust as an agent. I personally wouldn't even give him a 1 star.
