Do NOT use these people. The refuse to work with you on payments and actually start tacking on extra fees while your loved one is there while you try and raise the funds. They are a horrible greedy company. I actually give it no stars!
I found the staff very professional, compassionate and helpful. The facility was clean and decorated nicely. My only issue was a typing error so be sure you proof everything carefully that they request your signature on. Karen Sigler
Okay, where do I start? The personnel working at this so called mortuary is very unprofessional, starting with the receptionist Debbie. I think that if you are calling a mortuary is mainly to get information and you have questions that need answered. She makes you feel so stupid and has no patience or sympathy to respond to any questions. The rest of the staff needs some teaching on the way to wear appropriate attire for working in the industry. I think wearing tennis shoes while working a funeral is uncommon and disrespectful. This mortuary was known for being well priced and having respectful services, WHAT HAPPENED?
