Tom Ortega is the best stylist in town. I've been a client since his second year out of school and he is the only one who can make my thinning hair look GREAT! Walking into his salon is like coming home to family. Tom, thanks for everything!

had the extreme lash extentions put on and then was handed a bag to take care of them for another 100.00. I was so not expecting the care package at the cost of 100.00 on top of the 150.00 session. It was very relaxing, just very disappointed about the end result not looking like I had anything more than natural lashes. I then visited my friend in Texas and had my new extentions added to for $40.00, without any additional products to pay for. Now that I'm back home to try and get this resolved, the Salon wants another 75.00 to reapply and refusing to refund me any of the products that I used once. Why do we have to fight for good Customer Service?
