the driver for delivery said he tried to make delivery and said company was closed when asked the post office they said he NEVER stopped the driver is a fill in driver and i think he just did not try to make a delivery he just drove on by and trying to get back to UPS warehouse, this does not make me a very happy customer as you are paid to make deliveries and driver's are not fulfilling their responsibilities the star rating does not even deserve a single star but you make us pick one

They said they delivered me a package. ...I never received it. It's my fault.
