These apartments are very old and are NOT well maintained. The air conditioning did NOT work well even after the maintenance man came to "fix it". He just chalked it up to it being so hot outside and that is the best he can do since the units are so old and need replacing. But it was actually just as hot inside the apartment as it was outside. The bathtub needed refinishing or replacing. It was NASTY! Even the dishwasher did not wash the dishes well. The laundromat left your clothes smelling like smoke and it also ruined alot of the clothes. I don't know how and why but the clothes, even towels, came out with holes in them! The carpeting was old and had major stains. It needed replacing badly. The windows and doors were not well insulated. You can really feel a draft coming in especially when the weather gets cold. We lived there out of necessity due to a limited income. We honestly left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in hoping to get our deposit back. No such luck!!!!!

the apartment manager is very sweet she always very easy to get ahold of and never brushes you off. she answers her phone 24/7 and never complains about it the mainetance is up kept very well and if you need to get ahold of him you can you can even get his cell phone number and it never goes to voice mail the hole staff care very happy

the Brigadoon apartments is a great place to live the maintance is well kepted and everyone treats you like family the pool is very clean the outdoors is well maintaced and everyone knows everyone.great family living I love it here very well priced with all bills paid the partments are very well kepted also and if you have a promblem the mainetance is right there he even lets you have his cell phone and the landlord answers her phone 24/7 never get an answering service they take care of you and they do take care of you

Very rude and closed minded apartment manager. She outright DISCRIMINATED against young people (college students in particular) and/or Hispanics. She repeatedly expressed her opinion and dislike of young college students/single people living in her complex. I am going to file a formal complaint with the Texas Apartment Association tomorrow.
