Outreach Health Services is a provider of medical and support solutions to individuals and families. It offers home and family health and community and pediatric care services. The center serves individuals in more than 200 locations throughout Texas. Founded in 1975, Outreach Health Services also operates a community care services division that provides emergency response solutions. It organizes nutritional educational classes and offers individualized support for expectant mothers. The center also provides breast-feeding instruction and support services. Outreach Health Services offers solutions through the Texas Department Aging and Disability Services. In addition, it provides various programs for medically fragile children that include the Medically Dependent Children's Program and Comprehensive Care Program.
