I will NEVER take my children to Dentistry 4 Kidz again! When I tried to make an appointment for my children to see the dentist again, I was told that my files had been "archived." I was contacted by the dentist's office during a busy time during the summer when I could not take them in for a check up. Because I could not bring my children in when it was convenient for THEM,(whose kids are these?) I was told that the dentist would refer me to another dentist. I was basically threatened that I better not ever disregard a call from their office. How about working with your patients instead of coming off like your time is more important that mine. I would NEVER work with a business that incorporates these ridiculous business practices or that would speak to a customer the way I was spoken to, much less a business that is supposed to care for my children! I never missed an appointment or was even late for one. Lighten up, Dr. Bonners office, and re evaluate your business practices!!
