Home Health Services, also known as HHS, is a nonprofit, community-based home care agency that serves senior citizens and individuals with various illnesses throughout Texas. Founded in 1974, it provides services for Medicare-eligible patients. The agency operates finance, case management and clinical departments. Home Health Services offers the Orthopedic Total Joint Program, Dementia Home Safety Program and Parkinson's Home Safety Program. It also provides physical, speech and occupational therapies. The agency offers nursing and home health aide assistance solutions. In addition, Home Health Services serves individuals with AIDS. Its Bridge Medication Assistance Program includes short-term financial assistance for patients.
