The Family Health Center, a service of Community Healthcare Center, provides medical and behavioral health services at this location. Community Healthcare Center also offers dental and ob/gyn services at other clinical sites. We welcome Medicare, Medicaid, most STAR Plans, CHIP and most insurances. A sliding fee discount is available based on family size and income, regardless of insurance status.
