This management co. is the WORST! The staff is extremely rude, especially the woman in the accounting dept. Adrienne. As a renter, it is nearly impossible to get them to come fix things. You have to send numerous emails and make tons of calls to set something up. They like to collect money and raise the rent but don't take the time to fix things around the building. Their business etiquette is lacking the appropriate mannerism. I would not recommend anyone deal with this company.

VPMI is a horrible company to have to deal with as a renter. Adrienne knows nothing about nothing, she's useless to the company as well as in life. One day I went personally to their office to pay my rent. She said she couldnt take my rent at the time and give me a receipt because she was on her way out the door to take care of her horsesHORSES?!? It was 1pmI thought I came during BUSINESS hours. Do your job Adrienne, maintain the properties you manage.

The managers on site they have for quad apartments in Ontario are not what you expect them to be, it's more gossip, and favoritism. If you go nock on their door to ask for something to be fix they don't answer. It's this the best vpmi Inc can give. Is this how they want to be represented.
