CAPC, based in Whittier, Calif., provides services for adults with disabilities. It offers individualized instructional and support services that are based on each person's desired lifestyle. The organization offers supported employment services, such as job analysis, development and placement, job coaching, follow-up and support and Americans with Disabilities Act consultation. It also offers supported living services, including selecting living arrangements of choice, management of personal affairs, circles of support and 24-hour support. Additionally, it provides community inclusion services comprising mobility, decision-making and self-advocacy, money management and consumer skills, relationship building, facilitated and augmentative communication, and continuing education and supported vacations.
