The reviewer who said the "councilors (sic) want you to do all the work" had me roflmao! Lol! Of course you're supposed to do the work! Counselors are there to listen and give direction/guidance. NOT do your job to get better.

Live locally, wanted to seek counceling for my adolescent child. Called and was told I had to leave a message so I did. A week later, no one ever returned a call! Called this place back and was told no one took my message!! I am the subscriber with one of the big 3 health insurance carriers. When I called back and got no where with the receptionist, I demanded to speak with the office manager who was just as incompetent, EXTREMELY unprofessional. Would not recommend this site to an animal let alone a person in need!!!

If you don't really need help this is the place. Councilors are lazy want you to do all the work and they sit back and do absolutly nothing. Take my advise it's hard to find a good place but pass this one by, you'll save yourself a lot of grief in the long run. not even one star
